Our mechanics will go to the location of your RV during the scheduled appointment. They will bring with them the tools and parts they require to work on your service request. In most cases, they will have other parts for common repairs so they can immediately work on these if needed.

Our mechanics can provide emergency repair service. But, how fast they can get to your broken-down RV would depend on their availability. Moreover, they need to assess if they can address the issue within an acceptable timeframe.

We offer emergency services like lockout assistance, battery boost, dead battery replacement, and flat tire repair. We can repair various parts of your RV on-site like the awning, plumbing roof, appliances, electrical system, and AC. We also provide installation services, pre-delivery or pre-purchase inspections, fluid analysis, and walkthrough orientations.

We serve the city of Austin and the nearby cities of Johnson, Blanco, Holland, Giddings, Belton, Lexington, Luling, Bertram, Spicewood, New Braunfels,

Salado, Smithville, Gruene, Paige, and Lago Vista. You can check with us if you’re near Austin but your area was not mentioned.

As long as you’re within our service area, we can assist you during an emergency for your RV. The best way to request emergency assistance is through a call via our contact number.

Our technicians have been certified by the RVDA and the RVIA as either Certified or Master Certified Technicians. They went through training and passed the tests that prove that they have the knowledge and skills to perform the services we offer. Their certifications are required to be renewed every 5 years to ensure that they update their skills and knowledge and to prove that they remain competent in their jobs.

Yes. We provide a walkthrough orientation so we can help RV owners to familiarize themselves with their RVs.

It depends on your service request and the number of your service request. Inspections and minor installations will only take a day while repairs may take a day or two to finish.

We can work with your insurance or warranty provider so it can cover the cost of your service request. We will inform you even before we get started if this is not the case.

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards in the US.

Our mechanics must first assess the collision damage before we can say that we can fix it. We can repair minor collision damage but mechanical damage from the collision would usually require tools only found in a repair shop.

Our mechanics can repair all the major RV brands in the US. You can check with us if we can service your RV by providing its manufacturer, model, and year.

We need you to be present at the start and end of our service.

Unfortunately, due to the limitations of standard RV insurance, our mechanics cannot test drive your RV during an inspection. They can only visually inspect the various parts that can affect the safety and operation of your RV on the road.

Our technicians will arrive at the location that you provided. Then, they will diagnose your RV concerning your service request. They will tell you what they found and walk you through the procedure before getting started. If they find something unusual that may need repairs, they will inform you about this and provide the necessary information so you can decide if you also want it done. If your RV is parked on the road or at the side, they will cordon it off with triangle reflectors and cones to alert passing traffic.
